Language and reading
Choose English, 简体中文 or Follow System in Me → Appearance & Language. The interface and available content change immediately. Your imported files and private notes are preserved. English books contain the chapters that have been published in English; English and Chinese collections can differ.
Import PDF, reflowable DRM-free EPUB or TXT files from Bookshelf. Password-protected PDFs and fixed-layout EPUBs are not supported. Imported files and private reader notes are stored on your device, without automatic KneeDaily account sync. Use Books & Notes Backup to export a backup.
Accounts
Member content requires a free registered account. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions or paid features. Signing out does not delete your server account or locally stored notes and imported files.
To permanently delete your account, open Me → Profile Menu → Account & Sign In → Delete Account Permanently and review the choices on that screen. The server account and associated data are deleted. Minimum structured security logs are detached from the account and retained for the current 190-day period. Restoring a server backup does not reactivate a deleted account.

KneeDaily supports professional learning and academic exchange; it does not provide clinical advice. Use original publications to assess study findings. Import only documents you own or have permission to use. KneeDaily does not distribute copyrighted full-text PDFs.
